About Nicole

Nicole Shipley is a dedicated REALTOR® who prides herself on exceptional customer service and dedication.

Nicole was raised in Staten Island, NY and moved to Las Vegas, NV and resided there for 12 years before heading to Reno, NV to complete her Bachelors in Science degree. After completing her Bachelors in Human Development and family studies she continued her education as a Respiratory Therapist. In 2018, she moved to Sacramento and fell in love with her community where she and her husband raise their two children, Jaxon and Scarlett and their dog Bane. She has worked with UC Davis Medical Center for 3 years and decided to take her passion for real estate and make it a career. After 5 years in Sacramento her family relocated back to Las Vegas to expand her real estate career. Nicole is now successfully running teams in California and Nevada and has a network to help with relocation throughout the United States. 

For the past 8 years Nicole has been working in the medical field as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. She has worked with many different patient populations and areas of the medical field. Before getting into the medical field Nicole worked in the customer service field as a waitress and bartender in Reno and Las Vegas, NV. She has learned a unique set of skills that have made communication and time management second nature. Her outgoing personality and dedication in providing her clients a seemless experience is what makes her a strong reliable realtor.
